announce PressExpo USA @ CeBIT 2007


Press Event to Showcase Innovative US Technology at the World’s Premier ICT Show


PRINCETON, NJ. and AUSTIN, TX., Sept. 18, 2006 – The Global Marketing Solutions Division of Hannover Fairs USA Inc. and ShowStoppers today announced a new press event to help propel technology companies from the United States into new global markets.

PressExpoUSA @ CeBIT is the first international press event co-produced by ShowStoppers and is scheduled for March 16, 2007, in Hannover, Germany, at CeBIT, the world’s largest tradeshow for the information and communications technology industry (ICT).

PressExpoUSA @ CeBIT showcases business, consumer, lifestyle and digital products and services. The press event is limited to U.S. companies with a presence at CeBIT 2007 and is planned specifically by Hannover Fairs USA and ShowStoppers to help even the smallest start-up venture score coverage and open new markets.

“We are creating a new way to introduce U.S. companies to reporters and media from around the world – and building innovative tools to help U.S. companies shake hands with new buyers,” said Jim Charos, general manager of Global Marketing Solutions and vice president of Hannover Fairs USA.  “CeBIT in Hannover attracts some 9,000 press and media visitors each year, thus making it the ideal event at which to launch this international program,” said Charos.
